Not to worry, we can go through our packages and standard inclusions with you at the time of quoting. Every client has different needs and we can tailor a package to suit you.
You don’t need to provide any cleaning chemicals, consumables or equipment for us to complete the service. We have carefully selected our products and equipment to ensure a consistent and effective clean every time and bring everything required with us to each job.
Wherever possible we recommend that the property is vacant during the service. This allows us to work efficiently, achieve a higher-quality finish, and maintain a safe working environment. Cleaning equipment, chemicals, and wet surfaces can present hazards, particularly for children and pets. A vacant property helps ensure the best possible result for everyone.
We follow secure key handling procedures and can arrange key collection, lockbox access, or coded entry systems as required. Access details are kept confidential.
Yes, we hold public and products liability insurance. If you are a commercial entity and require more information on our limit of liability we are happy to provide this to you.
It’s mandatory for all employees of Moonta Cleaning Co to have a police check. Police checks don’t expire but they are an ‘at this point in time’ check – therefore employees are also required to have a new police check carried out annually.
We have included a list of standard inclusions for each service type on our Services page. Examples of services that would be considered a deep clean are things like additional detailing, build-up removal, cleaning of heavily soiled areas etc.
We do visit the property as part of the quoting process, however if a property requires significantly more time due to its condition on our arrival, we will notify you as soon as possible. Additional time may incur additional charges but we will communicate with you first. Our terms and conditions document goes into more detail, which is provided along with our initial quote.
Yes, we have chosen to use septic safe cleaning products as part of our kit.
Yes, we have chosen pet friendly products as part of our kit for the cleaning of general areas such as floors, tiles, benchtops and hard surfaces.
We don’t currently provide bedding and towels or offer laundry services. We can re-stock fresh towels and strip/remake beds with fresh linen but the towels and linen must be client provided.
We follow a structured turnover checklist for every clean, but our AirBnb and holiday rental cleans include extra steps for resets, consumables restocking and property inspection. Any missing items, property damage or maintenance issues observed are documented and reported promptly to the client.
